Stacey Harris
Stacey Harris was born and raised in Annapolis, MD. The oldest of nine children, Stacey was raised by her maternal grandparents. Her upbringing proved to be a very confusing and lonely time as Stacey was exposed to abusive and dysfunctional relationships. Stacey eventually succumbed to involvement in drugs and alcohol, dropping out of school in the 11th grade, and going on to pursue a life of crime to support her drug habit. This vicious cycle went on for 20 years, including a six-year prison term, until September 2009.
Following her release from prison, Stacey entered into a Christian discipleship program for women, and was introduced to Jesus Christ. Stacey eventually connected with someone at The Walter Hoving Home who was interning at The Father’s Heart Ministries. Stacey was invited to Penn, PA, to join The Father's Heart Women's Program, where she experienced a flood of love from the staff and other ladies in the program.
Today, Stacey has genuinely surrendered her life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and continues to strengthen her faith and knowledge of The Lord daily. Stacey now works as the Director of the Women's Program. Stacey is sharing the very same love and strength that so many had sown into her own life in the past, and is a priceless asset to The Father's Heart Ministries.
